Welcome to Academy of AI for Real Estate (AAIRE), operated by The E Group Payments Pty Ltd (ABN 77 609 198 389).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by the Academy of AI for Real Estate (“AAIRE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our workshop education, consultancy services, software recommendations and affiliate services for outsourced specialists. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

  1. Services
    AAIRE provides a range of services designed to educate and assist real estate professionals in leveraging artificial intelligence. These services include:
  • Workshop Education: We offer educational workshops and training sessions on artificial intelligence (AI) in real estate.
  • Consultancy Services: We provide expert advice and recommendations on implementing AI strategies and technologies.
  • Software Recommendations: We may recommend third-party software applications and tools that can be beneficial to your business.
  • Outsourced Specialists: As an affiliate, we may connect you with outsourced specialists for the implementation of AI agents and automation.

  1. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
    The information and services provided by AAIRE are for educational and informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the information and services provided.

    Crucially, AAIRE expressly disclaims any and all liability for any actions taken or not taken by our students or clients based on any information, recommendations or services provided. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make and any actions you take in the application of information or implementation of strategies discussed or recommended by AAIRE.

    We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from the use of our services. The responsibility for the implementation and consequences of any AI agents, automation or other technologies rests solely with you, the client.

  2. Third-Party Software and Services
    AAIRE may recommend or refer you to third-party software, applications or outsourced specialists. We are not responsible for the performance, quality or reliability of any third-party products or services. Your use of any third-party software or services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective provider. We may receive affiliate commissions for referrals, and we will disclose such relationships where applicable.
  3. Intellectual Property
    All materials provided by AAIRE, including course content, workshop materials and consulting documents, are the intellectual property of AAIRE and are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our materials without our express written permission.
  4. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information and any other non-public information.
  5. Term and Termination
    These Terms will remain in effect as long as you use our services. We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
  6. Accuracy of Materials
    The materials provided by AAIRE—whether through our website, training sessions, downloadable resources, consultations or other services—are intended for general information purposes only and may not be comprehensive. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, AAIRE makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness or likely results from the use of such materials. This includes any content directly provided or otherwise relating to these materials, as well as any third-party resources linked from our website or services. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
  7. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AAIRE, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of any rights of another party.
  8. Limitation of Damages
    In no event shall AAIRE be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services, even if AAIRE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AAIRE’s total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AAIRE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  9. Educational Purpose and Professional Advice Disclaimer
    The services, information and materials provided by AAIRE are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, tax or investment advice. You should consult with appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation. AAIRE does not guarantee any specific results, outcomes or return on investment from the implementation of any strategies, technologies or recommendations discussed in our services.
  10. Affiliate Relationships and Commissions
    AAIRE may receive compensation, including affiliate commissions, for referring clients to third-party software providers, service providers or outsourced specialists. These affiliate relationships do not affect the objectivity of our recommendations, which are made based on our professional judgment and expertise. We will disclose affiliate relationships where applicable and required by law.
  11. AI Technology Limitations
    You acknowledge that artificial intelligence technologies, including AI agents and automation systems, have inherent limitations and may not perform as expected in all circumstances. AAIRE makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any AI technologies discussed or recommended. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any AI technologies for your specific needs and for monitoring and managing their implementation and operation.
  12. Data Privacy and Security
    We care about your privacy. Your access to and use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, protect and disclose your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We encourage you to read it carefully to understand how your information is handled and your rights in relation to it.

    While AAIRE implements reasonable safeguards to protect your information, you acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, and AAIRE cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from our services.

  13. Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue other available legal remedies.
  14. Severability
    If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
  15. Waiver
    No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and AAIRE’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  16. Assignment
    You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without AAIRE’s prior written consent. AAIRE may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
  17. Changes to Terms
    AAIRE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
  18. Miscellaneous
    These Terms and Conditions, together with our Service Agreement, our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between AAIRE (operated by The E Group Payments Pty Ltd) and you in relation to your use of our services.

    Some of our services may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Where applicable, those will apply in addition to these Terms.

  19. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Queensland, Australia. The Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
